The Mangonia Business Park consists of 50,000 s.f. of light industrial/commercial flex space within five stand alone buildings. The 6.6 acre site boasts a large landscaped courtyard within the building complex. LDi's project responsibilities include plan preparation and agency coordination through the approval process of the Site Plan and Construction Plans for the required infrastructure improvements. LDi was also responsible for the certification of construction of the required improvements.
