Nautica Lakes is a 220 multi-unit development. The project includes Single Family Homes, Zero Lot Line Homes and Townhomes. The community promptly became one of the most desired locations in the Village of Royal Palm Beach. LDi designed a round-a-bout within existing Lamstein Lane at the projects entrance, incorporation of dry detention areas for the projects water management system within the FPL transmission line easement and prepared all civil design, permitting and construction observation services.
